Understanding Clinic Pay vs Patient Pay
This guide explains the key differences between Clinic Pay and Patient Pay in SignatureRx, specifically for prescriptions fulfilled via Signature Pharmacy delivery.
Signature offers two payment models for prescriptions delivered via Signature Pharmacy:
- Patient Pay – the patient pays directly via a payment link (This is the default payment model)
- Clinic Pay – the clinic is invoiced at the end of the month for all orders, and the patient pays the clinic
Both options include end-to-end dispensing and free delivery, with full customer support provided.
