I have forgotten my secure pin, how do I reset it?

Once you are logged in as a prescriber, you would click your name on the top right and click on the 'Manage Secure Pin' option from the drop down. You would then be able to select the 'I forgot my pin' option.

Once you have selected this, our system will email you a one-time-password (OTP) you would need to enter this as a secure measure to be able to change you pin.

A secure pin is 6-numerical digits and you would need this to sign prescriptions.
