Carebit Integration

Each clinician will need to register a prescriber account on SignatureRx.

Once the SignatureRx account is set up, the prescriber/clinic manager must install the SignatureRx app into the Carebit account.

So, please go to https://carebit.co/admin/settings/apps and click the Install apps button, then choose to install the SignatureRx app.

Then the prescriber or clinic manager will need to enter the SignatureRx details into the installed app's settings for each of the clinicians. These details are obtained from the dashboard once logged into the SignatureRx website.

Specifically, it must be added each clinician’s SignatureRx integration code, followed by a full stop and their secure PIN code, and then save these codes in the relevant fields in the SignatureRx app in Carebit.

Finally, click the button at the top to confirm that you have completed the configuration setup. The app is now ready to use.

Sending prescriptions

To send a prescription to SignatureRx, create a prescription in Carebit by going to a patient's profile, then to the Prescriptions section and click to create a prescription. Once created, click the Send prescription button and you can choose to send it to the SignatureRx app.

SignatureRx will then send the patient a prescription code by email and SMS. The patient can use this at any local pharmacy and they will also have the option to have their prescription delivered by our pharmacy,
