How Does the Service Work

SignatureRx is an electronic prescription service that allows prescribers to create e-prescriptions using an advanced electronic signature. This fully complies with The Human Medicine Regulation 2012.

What Happens When a Prescription Is Created

When a prescriber issues a prescription:
  1. The patient receives a text message and an email
  1. Both messages include a prescription ID
  1. The patient can use this ID at any local pharmacy
  1. They can also request delivery through our online pharmacy
This gives patients flexibility and control over how they receive their medication.

How Patients Collect Their Prescription

Patients can choose:
  1. To collect their medication from a local pharmacy
  1. To arrange delivery through our online pharmacy
