How to re-send a prescription to your patient
If you have sent a prescription to your patient and they have yet to receive it, you can login to the SignatureRx portal and re-send it.
When you visit the 'Prescriptions' tab, you will see a list of prescriptions. If you click on the 'eye' icon - you will open the prescription.
When you open the prescription, you will see an icon that resembles a letter with an arrow.
Once you click this, you will see a popup showing you the list of re-send options. Click the preferred option; the below option shows the re-send to patient selection:
Once you click submit, your patient will be sent an email or SMS with the prescription ID.
