When issuing prescriptions through the SignatureRx web portal, we have a range of options:
Issue for collection - a prescription ID code will be sent to the patient by email and SMS. The patient can use this at any local pharmacy; they will also have the option to have their medication delivered.
Issue for delivery - the e-prescription will be sent to Signature Pharmacy. The patient will be contacted within 2 working hours with a payment link.
Issue to email - an email with a prescription ID will be sent to the email address provided. This option is meant to email the prescription ID to another pharmacy, and it contains instructions to the pharmacy on how to dispense their prescription.
Issue to contact - an email with a prescription ID will be sent to the contact you have selected. We recommended adding pharmacies as a contact, allowing you to send this prescription to the recommended pharmacy.
