Unfortunately, you cannot edit or change a signed prescription, this is because, in accordance with the regulation, we need to ensure prescriptions that are signed can't be changed or altered as the data within the prescription forms part of the signature process.

If you have made a mistake with a prescription e.g. medication dosage or incorrect patient information you can use the void button to void a prescription and re-issue it with the corrected information.
