The legal version of the prescription is the electronic record that can be access on our pharmacy portal. The dispensing token is useful to enable pharmacies to dispense medication with reference to the original prescription, it can also be stored in a file if needed for reference in future.

If you have forgotten to print the dispensing token, you can view the prescription on our pharmacy portal and print the web page for your records. This would be sufficient for record keeping and audit purposes.
