Delivery Prescriptions – What Happens Next?

What happens when I issue my prescription for delivery or my patient selects the delivery option?

Our delivery option is dynamic and allows for several possible journeys, depending on how the prescription is issued and the clinic’s payment settings.

When a prescription is issued for delivery or the patient selects the delivery option the prescription is sent directly to Signature Pharmacy.

Signature Pharmacy then contacts the patient with a payment link and delivery preferences.

There is an option for same-day delivery option in London.

Note on Delivery payments and address:

If the patient’s preferred address isn’t available, the prescriber can choose to skip the address details, and Signature Pharmacy will contact the patient to confirm their delivery address.

If the “Invoice Clinic” option is selected, the patient will not receive a payment link - instead, Signature Pharmacy will invoice the clinic directly for the medication and delivery costs.

The patient receives real-time email updates and a link to track their delivery via the Signature Pharmacy patient portal.
