How to Track Prescriptions

You can easily track the progress of your prescriptions through your SignatureRx account.

Step 1: Log In and Open the Prescriptions Page

Log in to your account and click Prescriptions at the top of the page.
Here, you will see a list of your prescriptions along with their current status.

Step 2: View the Prescription Token and Details

Click the eye icon to open the prescription.
This allows you to view:
  1. The prescription token
  2. Full prescription details
  3. Prescription history

Step 3: Check Dispensing Information

Once a prescription has been dispensed, an Blue Info Icon - High-Quality ... icon will appear next to it.
Hover over this icon to see which pharmacy dispensed the medication.
