I Haven’t Received a Prescription ID
Once your GP or prescriber enters a prescription through SignatureRx, you should receive your prescription ID within a few minutes.
The prescription ID will be sent to you by email or SMS.
If you haven’t received it yet:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- If it’s still not there, contact your prescriber or clinic directly for assistance.
This helps ensure you can access and collect your medication without delays.
