I Can’t Find the Medication I Want When Creating a Prescription

When you create a prescription on SignatureRx, you can use the built-in search tool that pulls medication information from the NHS DmD database. This helps you find common items quickly, but it is not a complete list of every medication that may be prescribed or kept in stock.

What to Do If the Medication Does Not Appear

If the medication you need does not appear in the search results, you can simply free-type the medication name into the field.

Once entered, the system will allow you to continue and issue the prescription without any issue.
