 Resetting Your Secure PIN

If you have forgotten your Secure PIN, you can reset it in just a few simple steps. Your Secure PIN is required to sign prescriptions, so keeping it up to date is important.

Step 1: Go to Your Secure PIN Settings

Once you are logged in as a prescriber:
  1. Click your name in the top right corner of the screen
  2. Select Manage Secure Pin from the dropdown menu
  3. Choose the I forgot my pin option

Step 2: Check Your Email for the OTP

After selecting the reset option, the system will send you a one-time password (OTP).
This helps verify your identity before you change your PIN.
Enter the OTP exactly as it appears in the email to continue.

Step 3: Create Your New Secure PIN

You can now set a new Secure PIN.
Your PIN must:
  1. Contain 6 numerical digits
  1. It is used each time you sign prescriptions
