Having Trouble Completing Prescriber Registration

If you are experiencing issues while completing your prescriber registration, this guide will walk you through the required steps and what to do if something is not working.

Step 1: About You

You will start by entering your:
  1. Full name
  2. Home address
  3. Email address
  4. Password
Important: Your name must match the name on your ID.

Step 2: Professional Registration

Next, enter your professional registration details that confirm your eligibility to prescribe in the UK.

Step 3: Vouched ID Check

You will need to complete an ID check using either your:
  1. Driving licence
  2. Passport
This helps us verify your identity securely.

Step 4: Set Your Secure PIN

You will be asked to create a 6-digit Secure PIN.
Keep this PIN private, just like a password. You will need it every time you sign a prescription.

What Happens After You Submit Everything

Once all steps are complete, your account will be reviewed by the SignatureRx team.
You will not be able to use the system until your details are verified.

Having Problems With the ID Check

If you cannot pass the ID check for any reason, for example:
  1. You are practising under a maiden name
  2. Your ID shows a different surname
  3. Your details do not match the automatic check
You can email your driving licence or passport to support@signaturerx.co.uk with a brief explanation.
If everything is in order, we can manually verify your account.
