Your information is entered into SignatureRx by your GP and the records they hold for you. If your DOB needs to be corrected on the prescription, you might have difficulties retrieving this at a local pharmacy, this is because a pharmacy required the prescription ID along with your DOB to view and dispense the prescription.

In this instance, you would need to contact the doctor who can void the prescription and re-issue it with the correct information.
