The Auto Top Up feature ensures you always have enough tokens to issue prescriptions without interruption. Once enabled, SignatureRx automatically purchases additional tokens when your balance drops below your chosen threshold, keeping your workflow smooth and uninterrupted.


How Auto Top Up Works

Here is how the feature functions:
  1. You set a minimum token threshold (for example, 5 tokens)
  1. When your balance reaches this threshold, SignatureRx automatically tops up your account
  1. You choose the number of tokens added each time (for example, 10 tokens)
  1. Your payment method and top-up settings are securely stored in your Billing preferences
This automation ensures you never run out of tokens unexpectedly.
