How to Enable Auto Top Up
Auto top-up helps your clinic stay stocked with tokens so you can issue prescriptions without interruption. Follow the steps below to activate this feature.
Step 1: Log In and Open Billing
Log in to your clinic account and click Billing at the top of the page.
Step 2: Purchase Your First Token Bundle
Select the number of tokens you want to purchase, then click Purchase Tokens.
You will be taken to a secure payment page where you can enter your card details and complete the purchase.

Step 3: Turn On Auto Top Up
Once your first token purchase is complete, you will see the option to enable auto top-up.
Choose the number of tokens you want automatically added each time
Switch Enable Auto top up to Yes
Your account will now top up automatically based on your chosen amount.
