FP10 Prescription Serial Number
Every paper FP10 prescription has a unique serial number printed on it. This number appears on the bottom left-hand side of the prescription and uniquely identifies that prescription.
How is the serial number recorded?
After clicking the

icon, the prescriber can enter the FP10 serial number into the Prescription Tracker.
Prescription number is the serial number
Tracking number is the tracking number of the envelope used when sending this prescription to the pharmacy
Access to FP10 serial numbers and audit information is restricted to authorised prescribers/admin/staff users only and can be seen against each prescription.
