Semble Prescription Went Into Pending
If you send a prescription from Semble to SignatureRx and it appears as pending, you will receive an email notification.
To complete the process, you will need to log in to SignatureRx and sign the prescription.
Step 1: Log In to SignatureRx
Step 2: Open Your Pending Prescriptions
At the top of the menu bar, click Pending Prescriptions.
You will see a list of all prescriptions that are waiting to be signed.
Step 3: Sign the Prescription
- Select the prescription or prescriptions you want to sign
- Click the Sign prescriptions button at the bottom
- Complete the details in the pop-up to finish signing
Once completed, the prescription will be processed as normal.
