How to Resend a Prescription to Your Patient
If you have sent a prescription to your patient and they have not received it, you can easily resend it from the SignatureRx portal.
Step 1: Open the Prescription
- Log in to the SignatureRx portal
- Go to the Prescriptions tab
- You will see a list of all your prescriptions
- Click the eye icon to open the prescription
Step 2: Select the Resend Option
When the prescription is open, look for the icon that looks like a letter with an arrow. 
Click this icon to view the available resend options.
A pop-up will appear showing the different ways you can resend the prescription.
Choose your preferred option. For example, select Resend to patient.

Step 3: Send the Prescription
After choosing your option, click Submit.
Your patient will receive the prescription ID by email or SMS, depending on the method you selected.
