What to Do If You Made a Mistake

If you notice an error after signing a prescription, such as:
  1. Incorrect medication
  2. Wrong dosage
  3. Mistyped patient information
You can correct it by using the Void button.

Re-Issue the Corrected Prescription

After voiding the original prescription, you can re-issue a new version with the correct details.

This ensures the prescription remains safe, accurate, and compliant with all regulations.
