What Is a Staff User
A staff user is someone who can be added to a clinic account to help manage day-to-day prescription operations. This role is useful when a clinic has multiple administrators who need access to various functions.
What a Staff User Can Do
Staff users can perform several actions to support prescribers and clinic workflows, including:
- Viewing signed prescriptions
- Topping up tokens
- Creating draft prescriptions
- Re-sending prescriptions
- Managing prescription information
These permissions help clinics stay organised and efficient.
How to Add a Staff User
You can add a staff user by selecting the Add Staff User option in your clinic account settings.
Once added, the user will appear in your staff list.
Editing or Inactivating a Staff User
Next to each staff user, you will see options to:
- Edit their details
- Inactivate their account if they no longer need access
This allows you to easily manage your clinic team as needed.
