What Does the Patient Experience using SignatureRx ?
The patient has the option to either have their order delivered by Signature Pharmacy or use their SignatureRx code to collect the medication from any pharmacy nationwide.

How It Works
- Prescription is issued via SignatureRx
- Patient receives a payment link via SMS or email
- Patient completes payment securely online via debit or credit card
Signature Pharmacy:
- Dispenses the medication
- Delivers it to the patient’s address
Collection from a Local Pharmacy
How It Works
- Patient receives their Prescription ID
- Visits any local pharmacy
Provides:
- Prescription ID
- Date of birth
- Pays the pharmacy directly
- Pharmacy dispenses the medication
Important Notes
The information applies to Private Prescriptions.
- NHS exemptions do not apply
- Prices may vary between pharmacies
- For delivery, payment must be completed before processing
