What Does the Patient Experience using SignatureRx ?

The patient has the option to either have their order delivered by Signature Pharmacy or use their SignatureRx code to collect the medication from any pharmacy nationwide.

Home Delivery (via Signature Pharmacy)

How It Works

  1. Prescription is issued via SignatureRx
  2. Patient receives a payment link via SMS or email
  3. Patient completes payment securely online via debit or credit card
  4. Signature Pharmacy:
    • Dispenses the medication
    • Delivers it to the patient’s address


Collection from a Local Pharmacy

How It Works

  1. Patient receives their Prescription ID
  2. Visits any local pharmacy
  3. Provides:
    • Prescription ID
    • Date of birth
  4. Pays the pharmacy directly
  5. Pharmacy dispenses the medication

1. How does home delivery work?

Answer: The patient pays online and Signature Pharmacy dispenses and delivers.

The prescription is issued via SignatureRx; the patient receives a payment link via SMS or email; they pay securely by debit or credit card; Signature Pharmacy dispenses and delivers the medication.

2. How does local pharmacy collection work?

Answer: The patient uses their Prescription ID at any local pharmacy.

The patient receives their Prescription ID, visits any local pharmacy, provides the Prescription ID and date of birth, pays the pharmacy directly, and the pharmacy dispenses the medication.
